Good Comic Book Ideas

Comic Book Movies … .. good idea or bad idea?
Well, so me and this lady in my office are going back in front at the movies based on the comics .. I loved Watchmen (why?) Was like the comic …. Wolverine hated (why) I remember reading comics and watching cartoons in Saturday morning with the bad ass Wolverine expressed deep … Do not get into the movie …. I think all the X-Men movies were garbage and should have hit the books … Do you agree with me …?
Depends. Some have been good – Superman The Motion Picture with the late Chris Reeve, X-Men 1 and 2, Spider-Man, Sin City, Batman Begins, The Dark Knight, Iron Man, Watchmen, 300, etc. So, you really horrible, horrible piece of God in the feces of cinema that have been the X-Men 3 Punisher (all), Elektra, Catwoman, Daredevil, Hulk (all), that God awful Fantastic Four movies, Speed Racer, Spider-Man 3, Ghost Rider, Wolverine, etc. The film, however, it is essentially only a test movie studios were quick to throw together the pieces of shit movie based on a very popular just to make a lot of $$$$. That is all. There was no thought put into the development of history, no thought put into the characters, changed wolves and other characters around Heck of all, and it was horrible everywhere. The sad part is that some people really liked this movie god awful piece of feces. And these people who defend this garbage film keeps saying how hard are the critics. Well, yes, because it's a shitty movie! True fans, to remember – (Those who made these characters so popular in the first place that the studios can make films of shit) basically, the real fans gyped obtained. Wolves and other characters were, basically, all bound, gagged and raped by the studios Azz. Like Indiana Jones Crystal Skull azz raped. And I thought the movie could not suck as bad as X-Men 3, the God awful Fantastic Four movies, Catwoman, Elektra, and speed racer. I was wrong.

Dan DeCarlo’s Jetta (The Good Girl Art Library) $12.99 Dan DeCarlo’s futuristic, curvy teenage girl, Jetta, zoomed through the future a full decade before Judy Jetson. In the 1950s, the fan-favorite artist, beloved for his portrayals of Betty and Veronica, Josie, and Sabrina the Teenage Witch, delineated the madcap adventures of Jetta, “Teen-Age Sweetheart of the 21st Century,” with obvious delight. The comics, collected for the first time in their en… |

Manga and Philosophy (Popular Culture and Philosophy) $10.95 Arguably the most important pop-culture import from the East to the West, manga is a phenomenon that can no longer be ignored. Yet just as much as it is a source of visual splendor and riveting storylines, manga — the herald of the exotic and über-hip — stimulates intense philosophical interest. Drawing from Japanese art traditions, influenced by the impact of World War II, and a signif… |
